We use proven advanced fitness training techniques coupled with various different classes, so no matter what your fitness goals, we can help you smash them. All of our fitness programs are taught by professional fitness trainers.

Below is an example of what you can experience during a week of Fitness Bootcamp. The majority of the workouts and classes take place at our gym located right on the beach. This is a fully functioning CrossFit box with one of the only level III CrossFit trainers in Asia.
CrossFit is a worldwide phenomenon that combines weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio modalities into fast-paced and intense circuits known as a WOD that is guaranteed to leave you feeling like you’ve pushed yourself to the limit. A focus on whole-body movements, group dynamics and proper form allow you to push yourself harder than any workout we’ve found to date! With options for scaling, CrossFit is accessible to everyone of all fitness levels.
Deep Strech & Mobility
An early morning class to get you ready for the day or an evening recovery. Improve your range of motion, your posture and your performance by taking advantage of our dedicated stretch and mobility classes. A combination of self-myofascial release, partner stretches and active mobility exercises will have you moving better than ever before.
Move the way humans were made to! Run barefoot, swim, crawl, climb, throw and pick up odd objects. Develop your power, strength, speed and endurance. Embrace your surroundings and do a pure cardio workout with Surf & Turf consisting of ocean swimming and barefoot running. Play games and work in teams with our survival classes. It’s all about getting back to our natural movement, learning to play again and having fun whilst getting a sweat on.
Barbell Club & Kettlebells
Improve your coordination, power and mobility to a new level. Spend a whole hour refining and honing your technique under the watchful eye of our experienced and qualified coaches.
For those intimidated by the barbell, a good starting point is the kettlebell. A simple yet effective modal combining strength, cardio, endurance and stamina with whole-body dynamic movements.
Mix up your strength training. Callisthenics is a great way to develop stronger muscles, healthier bones and better stamina. Moving your body weight through space can develop core strength and body awareness that transfers outside of the gym in an amazing way. Learn the basics of handstands, gymnastic ring strength and extreme flexibility tailored to your fitness level.
You will also have access to our strength and conditioning facility, complete with our beach playground of monkey bars, pull-up bars, dip bars, cargo net, tyres and sledges. Strength training with the highest quality dumbbells, competition kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates & GHD. Power training with slam balls, wall balls, sledges and boxes. Plus your cardio needs met with rowers, assault bike, ropes and of course the ocean!
Stand Up Paddle
The lagoon at the resort provides an amazing playground for stand-up paddles. You have unlimited access to this as well as kayaks for a fun low-impact workout, or just to lie on and soak up the sun!
Beach Time or Kite Surfing
Time for some much needed R&R. Hit the beautiful beach, or learn to kite surf with a 9-hour course (local payment).
Beach Training or Volleyball
Sometimes we do beach training, which is another body HIIT style session. Alternatively we play beach volleyball, which is a fun effective way of getting the blood pumping. Let's hope you don't get too competitive!
At approximately 19:00, everyone meets up for a group dinner at the resort and the evening activities are laid on from movie nights, beach bonfires, stargazing to crab racing! Our local team are constantly coming up with ways to keep you entertained.
Optional Excursions (Local Payment Required)
If you want to add more to your program, there are some fantastic local activities and excursions you can enjoy. We are located fairly close to a large nature reserve, where you can do safaris to spot leopards, elephants and a whole host of amazing wildlife.
In season this is one of the best places in the world to spot blue whales and dolphins. You can go on an ocean safari and watch blue whales breach out the water right by the boat.
There is a fairly large reef located in the vicinity of the Bootcamp where you can learn to dive, or go scuba diving or go on fishing trips.
All these optional excursions are booked and paid locally.
No class is mandatory, and no one is going to force you to get out of bed. Classes and timetables can change at the camp so the above is to be taken as an indication of what you will achieve, but it is not set in stone.
We give you lots of support prior to arriving at the camp. After booking, we will set you up with an online buddy list so you can chat with other people going to the camp, or people already training at the camp before you even set off. You will also receive a detailed pre-departure pack for you to familiarise yourself with the program before you go.
